Please note that our sweets are packed in plastic bags, then in jiffy bags to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

We cannot however be responsible for adverse weather conditions (i.e. hot weather could melt chocolate items). This is why we use 1st class mail to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

We endeavour to despatch all items within 12 hours after recieving your order.
